Safe care requires clear expectations about scope, communication, scheduling, medications, urgent concerns, and when another level of care is needed.

Silva Skin Solutions is intentionally developing as a small and professionally organized practice. The goal is not unlimited access. It is to protect the time and structure needed for careful evaluation, sound clinical decisions, appropriate follow-up, and responsible care.

Héctor Silva, APRN, FNP-C
Héctor Silva brings clinical experience across different healthcare settings and a professional approach centered on adult health, prevention, careful evaluation, and clear clinical decision-making.
His background includes medical education and clinical experience in Cuba, followed by nursing and nurse practitioner training in the United States.
At Silva Skin Solutions, his focus is on defined adult primary care services, medication and laboratory review, preventive planning, clinically appropriate follow-up, care coordination, and referral when another level of care is needed.
He provides care in English and Spanish and values clear communication, clinical context, thoughtful decisions, and respectful professional relationships.
What Silva Skin Solutions Is — and Is Not
Silva Skin Solutions provides defined adult primary care services. It is not a dermatology specialty clinic, med spa or aesthetics practice, urgent care center, emergency service, chronic pain management clinic, or routine controlled-substance refill service.
Some concerns may require in-person evaluation, diagnostic testing, urgent or emergency care, or referral to another healthcare professional.
Bilingual Care and Communication
Silva Skin Solutions provides practice information and patient communication in English and Spanish. Clear language is part of the practice model, while clinical communication continues to use the appropriate approved channels and privacy safeguards.
Telehealth and Appointment-Based Care
Both the Initial Adult Primary Care Evaluation and the Focused Adult Primary Care TeleVisit are designed to begin by telehealth when clinically appropriate. Telehealth is not appropriate for every concern and does not replace an in-person examination when one is needed. Telehealth visits are available only while the patient is physically located in Florida at the time of the visit.
All clinical care is provided by appointment.
